Granvure activates paid access only after a verified Stripe webhook confirms an active or trialing subscription.
Annual plans are charged once per year in advance at the displayed annual total. The monthly figure is an equivalent for comparison, not a monthly charge. “2 months free” is promotional shorthand for the annual price.
No automatic overage rate or hard call cutoff is active. Granvure meters included usage and will provide prospective terms before any separately approved overage model applies.
Existing subscribers use the secure Stripe Customer Portal. The Portal shows the effective date and any charge, credit, or proration before confirmation.
Plans automatically renew for their selected monthly or annual billing interval until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. There is no standard free trial. Review the Billing & Refund Policy.
