Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect callers, customers, providers, and the Granvure service.

Permitted use
Use Granvure only for lawful business communications and workflows for which you have appropriate authority, rights, notices, and consents.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Spam, unlawful solicitation, spoofing, robocalling, or communications that lack required consent or identification.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, discrimination, or content intended to cause harm.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, security testing without written permission, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Collecting highly sensitive information when not reasonably necessary or without required safeguards and authorization.
- Impersonating a person or organization or misleading callers about the automated nature or capabilities of an AI system.
- Circumventing rate limits, access controls, plan restrictions, safety measures, or provider policies.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or probing the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Using outputs as the sole basis for emergency, medical, legal, credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing unauthorized third-party access to the service.
Enforcement and reporting
Granvure may limit, suspend, or terminate activity that violates this policy or creates material risk. We may preserve and disclose information as legally required. Report suspected misuse to hello@granvure.com.
