Automated interaction
Granvure provides an AI-powered receptionist that can answer inbound calls, ask configured questions, retrieve approved business knowledge, summarize conversations, route calls, and invoke configured scheduling tools. The receptionist is software, not a human. Customers should identify the AI clearly in the greeting or at the beginning of an interaction when required by law or appropriate for caller understanding.
Limitations
- AI may misunderstand speech, context, names, numbers, or intent.
- AI may provide incomplete or inaccurate information despite configuration safeguards.
- Provider availability, background noise, accents, connections, and knowledge quality can affect results.
- An AI response is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
- A spoken booking, transfer, or other action is not complete unless the connected system confirms it.
Human review and escalation
Customers must review important outputs, maintain accurate knowledge, configure escalation, and provide a human path for sensitive or unresolved matters. Callers should verify important information directly with the business. Granvure should not be used for emergency calls or decisions where an error could cause significant harm.
Conversation processing
Audio and conversation content are processed by voice and AI providers to conduct the interaction. Depending on configuration, Granvure may store transcripts, summaries, call metadata, and follow-up details. Granvure does not enable recording by default. The customer is responsible for any legally required AI, recording, monitoring, or consent notice.
These policies describe Granvure’s current service and are not legal advice to customers about their own obligations.
