1. Subscription plans and pricing
Granvure offers recurring self-service subscriptions in U.S. dollars: Starter is $99 per month or $990 per year; Professional is $249 per month or $2,490 per year; and Scale is $499 per month or $4,990 per year. Enterprise pricing is custom and subject to the applicable order form or signed agreement. The current Pricing page and the amount displayed at checkout control if a promotional or future offer differs from this policy.
Unless Granvure expressly presents a separate offer at checkout or in writing, there is no standard free trial. Stripe processes subscription payments and invoices; Granvure does not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
2. Monthly and annual billing
Monthly subscriptions are charged once per month in advance. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year in advance as a single annual payment: $990 for Starter, $2,490 for Professional, or $4,990 for Scale. An annual subscription is not a monthly installment arrangement.
The annual price provides approximately two months of savings compared with paying the applicable monthly price for twelve months. The phrase “2 months free” is promotional shorthand for that annual pricing structure; it does not provide two separately selectable free months. The annual total shown at checkout is the amount charged for the year, before any tax that must be collected.
3. Included AI voice usage
Starter includes 300 AI voice minutes, Professional includes 1,000 AI voice minutes, and Scale includes 3,000 AI voice minutes per billing period. Enterprise usage is stated in the applicable agreement. For monthly plans, the billing period is ordinarily one month; for annual plans, it is ordinarily one year, as reflected by the Stripe subscription period.
Granvure meters finalized call usage and shows available usage information in Billing. Granvure does not currently charge an automatic per-minute overage or terminate an active call solely because the included amount is reached. Reaching the included amount may prompt Granvure to discuss capacity, an additional usage package, a plan change, or reasonable usage controls. No new overage price will be applied retroactively; any future charge requires prospective notice and an applicable offer or agreement.
4. Automatic renewal and payment authorization
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled: monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually. By subscribing, the customer authorizes Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the initial term and each renewal at the then-applicable disclosed price. Granvure may change pricing prospectively, but will provide appropriate notice before a change affects a future renewal where required by law. Amounts already paid are not retroactively repriced.
Displayed prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated. If Granvure is required to collect a tax, the applicable amount will be shown before the transaction is completed. This statement does not represent that Granvure currently collects tax in every jurisdiction.
5. Cancellation
An organization owner or administrator may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from Granvure Billing. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal and ordinarily becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that date unless service is restricted or suspended for unresolved nonpayment, security, abuse, a Terms violation, or an applicable Enterprise agreement. Granvure does not charge a cancellation fee.
Canceling does not ordinarily create a prorated refund or credit for unused time in the current period. Customers should complete cancellation before the renewal date shown in Billing or the Portal. The dashboard reflects cancellation only after Stripe confirms the subscription update.
6. Refunds, duplicate charges, and billing errors
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, including for unused service, partial periods, cancellation after renewal, or a later downgrade. Granvure will review reported duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized charges and may issue a refund or credit at its discretion where appropriate or where required by law. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
Send a request to hello@granvure.com with the account email, organization name, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not send a complete card number, security code, password, or provider credential. A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself cancel a subscription; customers should also use the cancellation process when they intend to stop future renewals.
7. Upgrades and downgrades
Existing subscribers manage supported plan changes through the Stripe Customer Portal. Before confirmation, the Portal displays whether the change takes effect immediately or at a future renewal and any applicable prorated charge or credit. Granvure does not silently override the Portal result. Customers must review and affirm that displayed result before submitting the change.
When a downgrade takes effect, features, included minutes, capacity, or limits available only on the higher plan may become unavailable. A plan change is authoritative only after Stripe confirms it and Granvure synchronizes the resulting subscription state.
8. Failed payments
Stripe or Granvure may retry a failed recurring payment. Customers remain responsible for valid outstanding amounts. Service may be restricted or suspended while a subscription is past due, unpaid, incomplete, paused, or otherwise not entitled. Customers can update supported payment methods through the Stripe Customer Portal. Restored access depends on Stripe confirming an entitled subscription state.
9. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise customers may have custom prices, usage limits, billing schedules, cancellation terms, refund terms, support, and other commercial provisions. If an executed Enterprise order form or agreement conflicts with this policy, that signed document controls to the extent of the conflict.
10. Questions
Billing, cancellation, and refund questions may be sent to hello@granvure.com. The Terms of Service also apply to subscriptions and incorporate this policy.
These policies describe Granvure’s current service and are not legal advice to customers about their own obligations.
